Layer Model

The CALM system starts with data. From this data, information is gathered to build a picture of assets (product sold), contracts, warranties and other important customer touch points such as leases. Once we have this information we can now add process. Process includes such activities as organizing, sorting and matching this information to build a complete picture of the asset lifecycle and associated opportunities. These opportunities can then be further organized by sales rep into scheduled or unscheduled by events triggers from which opportunities can be turned into closed deals.



All of these activities strive to ensure that the timing to talk to customers about an opportunity is optimal to ensure sales effectiveness.
