Data Infinity is
committed to supporting International Privacy Principles
which set clear standards for the collection, use, storage and
access of personal information which is obtained as part of business
operations. To process your order we require certain information
from you, e.g. your address. If you do not provide us with this
information we will not be able to supply the services you have
required. Information you supply to Data Infinity will only be used
to provide you with the services you have requested.
Data Infinity will only collect and store information required for
the effective operation of Data Infinity and its associated
companies as a software as a service provider.
Data Infinity will, from time to time, use our customer mailing
lists for newsletter and special offers and general sales
information. Data Infinity may in the future limit all mailings to
those clients who want to participate.
Information on customer usage or traffic will be confidential and
will not be made known to any individual or company where this
information is not required for the operation of Data Infinity.
Customer passwords are confidential and will not be made available
to any person or company outside of Data Infinity except to trusted
partners who work on behalf of Data Infinity in order to provide the
subscribed service.
Credit information will be held in confidence; however, it will be
used in any way possible to aid in the recovery of delinquent or
defaulting debtors.
All information will be stored as securely as possible while
maintaining the ability for authorised Data Infinity staff to
quickly and effectively access this information when required
operational purposes.
Data Infinity will cooperate with law enforcement personnel and
legal investigations of our users. All customer information,
however, will be private unless ordered by a court to surrender this
information.
